119; AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED 11 0. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specificiationg and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, lahest model Van. Truck for Library, No. MS 10-64-9,
filed in. the office of the City Clerk on Octhber 20, 1964, be, and the same are hereby approved and
adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to
the hour of 11:00 o'clock a-m. on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 1964, for furnishing, to the City of said
Van. Truck, in accordance with said SpecifScations and Provisions, Bids must he presented to the
City Clerk, In the City ilall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the
outside, "Proposal for Van Truck for Library', or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best hid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice call-
ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
