the installaLion of a sprinkler syste.e in the wesu. portion. of Kru.si Park, numbered PW 3-63-7 and
flled in the office of the CIty Clerk on March 16, 1955;

Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans, numbered and fiied as aEoreaaid, be, and the same are
hereby approved and adopted,
RESOLVED, FMRTHER, that the performance and completthn of the work specified in said Speci-
fications and Provisions be, and the same is hereby auLhorized.
RESOLVED, FURTUER, that the Councdi of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up
the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on THURSDAY, APRIL. 1, l965, for furnishing to the City of all labor,
materials, machinery, tools and equirient necessary for the work hereinabove raferred to, In accord-
ance with said Specifications and Provisions. Birds must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City
Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainJy marked on the outside, 'Proposal for Installa-
tIon of Sprinlaer System An West Porton of Krusi Park', or similar designation.
4. 4. if awarded, be awarded subject. to the provisioas of Lhe CharLeT of the CIL:),
of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
Said Specif1caLioas and Provisions may be nad by any prospective bidder on applAcation to
the City Engineer, at his office in the City Han., Alameda, California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in '..he Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
foT sealed 17)1ds, in accordanee with the provisions of this reoluLion and of said Specificatiolls and
Provislons.
