REJECTING CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURIES AND WRONGFUL DEATH
MADE BY EDWIN ZUPINSKI AND THERESA ZUPINSKI.
WHEREAS, Edwin Zupinski and Theresa Zupinski heretofore on March 15, 1965, filed a claim
against the City for alleged personal injuries to Theresa Zupinski and for the alleged wrongful
death of Denise Zupinski and Annette Zupinski, claimed to have occurred on or about January 31,
1965, in the vicinity of 929-A Parrott Street, Alameda, California, as a result of negligence of
the City, among others, and
WHEREAS, this Council has found and determined said claim is not a proper charge against
the City, and that the occurrence upon which said claim is based was not the result of any act or
failure to act by the City,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, that the claim of
Edwin Zupinski and Theresa Zupinski, hereinabove referred to, be, and the same hereby is rejected
in its entirety.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
6th day of April, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
