APPROVI.N0 FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 2707,
SUBMITTED BY THE MOB1LHOME CORTORATION, AND APPROVING
FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY.
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a Tentative Map
of that certain proposed subdivision known as Tract 2797; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider of said Tract. 2707, The Mobil Corporation, has entered into a
contract with the City of Alameda, agreeing to construct certain improvements upon. said Tract and
to post with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda a faithful performance bond in the amount of
$13,300.00 to guarantee performance of said contract; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider has filed with this Council for approval the Final May of said
Tract 2707;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TAE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of
Tract 2707 be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of $11,300.00, guaranteeing full and faith-
ful performance of the Subdivider's said improvements construction contract, is hereby approved as
sufficient in amount.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
4th day of May, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall and Vice President Rose, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Godfrey, 0).
