AUTHORIZING YEAR-END TRANSFERS ON THE BOOKS OF ACCOUNT OF
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Auditor of the City of Alameda
is hereby authorized to make all necessary transfers upon the books of account of said City, to the
end thet the balance of said accounts he transferred to the Surplus Account as of June 30, 1965.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced an adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
20th day of July, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
