APPROVING iWFROVING ANENDED FINAL MAF OF SUBDIV
SION TRACT NO. 2730.
WHEREAS, heretofore on July 6, 1965, by Resolution No. 6825, this Council approved the Final
Map of a subdivision known as Tract 2730, approved the subdivider's faithful performance bond and
entered into a public improvements contract with said subdivider; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has proposed amendments to said Final Map which are satisfactory
to the City, and this Council finds said amendments should be approved;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the certain map,
designated Amended Final Map of Subdivision Tract No. 2730 be and hereby is approved.

the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
2nd day of November, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES; Councilmen Bartley, McCall and President Godfrey, (3).
NOES: Councilmen La Croix, Jr., and Rose, (2).
ABSENT: None.
