UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR RIP181C PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the following described real property, situated in the City of Alameda, County of
Alameda, State of California, to wit:
TAX BILL, No. 5806, 1965-66, ASSESSOR'S 1103-2 192/23 (Cortez), N. 145.30 LOT 16,
BLOCK 9, Lands Adjacent to Tca,m of Enclnal,
has been assessed heretofore for City purposes for the fiscal year 1965-4966 and taxes levied thereon
in the sum of 951.30 are uncollected and unpaid; and
WHEREAS, after the time said taxes became a lien on said real property, it was, by Grant
Deed recorded on October 13, 1965, Reel 1618, image 229, in the office of the County Recorder of
Alameda County, acquired, and ever since has been and now is owned by the Alameda Unified School
District, and has been and now is being used for public purposes. and because of such public owner-
ship is not subject to sale for delinquent taxes;
NOW THEREFORE, BE 11 RESOLVED BY. TUE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, with the written con-
sent of the City Attorney attached hereto, that all uncollected taxes charged or levied for City
purposes upon the aforesaid real property, together with penalties and costs thereon, he, and the
some are hereby, cancelled, and the Auditor and the Tax Collector of the City of Alameda are he
authorized and directed to 8ancel the same on their respective books.
I, Frederick M. Cunningham, City Attorney of the City of Alameda, State of California, do
hereby consent to the cancelLation of any and all uncollected taxes and assessments, and penalties
and costs thereon, charged or levied for City purposes upon the parcel of real. property described in
the within Resolution.
