RESOLVED HY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA. that the 5pecifirations oo' Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, latest model. 3/4 ton chassis cab truck with a surveyor
body, completely assemblec), No. MS L-66-2, filed in the ofice of the City CTerk on Ai'r' 5, 1966,
be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, 'FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alemeda 111 receive sealed bids up to
the hour of II :00 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, APRIL 29, 1966, for furnishing to the City of said truck,
in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in
the City Hall, AJameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal
for 3/4 ton Surveyor Truck', or similar designat
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisione of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject
any or all bids,
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, In the '1 '1 Times-Star, a notice call
ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said prr
and Provisions.
