ADOPTING FTRST AMENDED BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES,
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement has been executed by the City of Alameda, hereinafter referred
to as the City, and the State Department of Public Works, Divislon of Highways, hereinafter referred
to as the Department, on March 2, 1961, for the expenditure of State allocated funds; and
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and was submitted to the Department on
February 17, 1966, showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during
the fiscal year 1965-1966; and
WHEREAS, a first amended budget approved by the Department on March 8, 1966, has been Pre-
sented to Ube City Council in accordance with the project statement submitted by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hos consIdered seed budget, as approved by the Department, and
la familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW 22. (R 173 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said first
amended budget he, and is hereby, adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended to be made from
such funds during the fiscal year 1965-1966.
I, the undersigned, hereby cer1' 1fy that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of April, 1966, by the following vote, to
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall and Vice Pres1dent Rose, (4).
