AUTBORIZINC EXECUTION OF RICHT OF' ENTRY LICENSE WITN ALAMEDA
BELT 'TINE (MAIN STREET AND At AVENUE).
BE IT RESCUED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMVNA. that the City Manager be, and he
hereby is, authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attesty on behalf of the City of Alameda
a right of entry and license agreement with the Alameda Belt Line, a California corporation, relat-
ing to use of property near the intersection of Main Street: and Atlantic Awenue, said agreement to
be in substantially the for, of that filed in the office of the City Cleric and marked, "Filed
April 5, 1956."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council oF the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of April, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall and Vire President Rose, (4).
