AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT, FOR CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION
OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH PARCEL MAP NO. 209 AND APPROVING
FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY (CENTRAL AND McKAY
AVENUES -- MORRISON BROTHERS IMPROVEMENT CO. A PARTNERSHIP).
,IHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, there has been pre-
sented to this Council a Property Division Map, designated Parcel Map No. 209, and heretofore con-
ditionally approved by the Planning Board, being a division of property located at Central and
McKay Avenues, in the City of Alameda, by Morrison Brothers Improvement Co., a partnership; and
WHEREAS, said approval by the Planning Board to conditioned upon the execution by sub-
divider of an agreement to construct and complete certain public improvements on said property; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has entered into such an agreement and has posted his bond guar-
anteeing full and faithful performance of said uork, all in accordance with said section; and
WHEREAS, it will be to the benefit of the City to have said work performed in accordance
therewi th ;
NOW THEREFORE, 03 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 1615 CITY OF ALAMEDA that the agreement for
the construction and completion of the improvements in the division of property located at Central
and McKay Avenues, designated as Parcel Map No. 209, by Morrison Brothers improvement Co., a partner-
ship, Se, and the same hereby is, approved, and the City !Manager is authorized snd directed to execute,
and the City Clerk to attest, said agreement or behalf of the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of 51,400.00, guaranteeing full and faith-
ful performance of said contract, if hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
21st day of June, 1936, by the following vote, to wit:
