D8RECTING CITY CLERK 11 ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY TSE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of. Alameda gravel for the Golf Course OW 3848), No. MS 6-66-11, filed
in the office of the Cit Clerk on Jhne 28, 1986, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council. of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to
the hour of 11:CG o'clocH a.m. on. THURSDAY, jULY 7, 1988, for furnishing to the City of sa8d gravel,
in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clexk, in
the City Hall, Alameda, California, undGr seeleH cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal
for Gravel', or similar designation.•
Contract, if awarded, blil be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject
any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in. the Alameda THmes-Ster, a notice call-
ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said. Specifications
and Provisions.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced end adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled
on the 28th day of June, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
