RESOLICD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA:REDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City ot Alameda four (4) new 1967 models, four-door sedans for the Police Depart-
ment, No. MS 9-56-20, filed in the office of the City Clerk on September 6, 1966, be, and the same
are hereby approved and adopted,
RESOIATD, FURTHER that the Council of the City of Alaneda will receive sedled bids up to
the hour of 11'00 o'clock a.m. on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 1966, for furnishing to the City of $aid
automobiles, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the
City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the out-
side, "Proposal for Four-door Sedans for the Police Department," or similar designation,
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved ro reject
any or all Bids,
Tice City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accordance pith the provisions of this resolution and of said 311 and
Provisions.
