AGTHORYZENG EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO ASREEFIENT r9 ALAMEDA
CITY GARBAGE,' \RBOCIATPON,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TUE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor be and hereby is author-
ized to execute, and the Pity Clerk to attest, an amennment of the agreement heretofore on August 1,
1962, entered into between the City and the Alameda City Garbage Association, which agreement pas
autEmrized by Resolution No, 6372 of this Council, said amendment. to provide that the mundcipal
refuse disposal grounds may he closed on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July,
Labor Day, ThagEsgiving Day, Christmas Day and Washingtongs Edrthday, said days to he in lieu of
those presently designated in Paragraph 11 of said agreemeot,
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution waF duly ard regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meerlug assembled on the
6th day of September, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Hartley, La CTOir, Jr,, McCaig, Rose and Eresidemt Godfrey, (3)
NOES: oe.
