EXTENDIN TERMINATION DATE OF GOLF COURSE RESTAURANT
CONCESSION AGREEMENT Mal DECEMBER 31, 1966, TO
FEBRUARY Z8 1967.
WHEREAS, on June 30, 1962, and pursuant, to Council Resolution No. 6363, the OILY and
Anthony Moschetti entered into an agreement granting the latter the exclusive right and concession
of selling and serving certain food, beverages and refreshments at City's Municipal Golf Courses,
the term of said agreement being for a period of four and one-half years Cmgmencing July 1, 1962,
and ending December 31, 1966, and
WHEREAS, because of the reconstrucelon of one of said Courses and for other reasons it is
in the best interests of the City and said concessionaire that the date of termination of said agree-
ment be extended for a reasonable time;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the restaurant
concession agreement hereinabove referred to be, and the same hereby is, modified by extending the
termination date hereof from December 31, 1966, to and including February(28, 1967, end that in all
other respects said agreement is affirmed according to its terms.

NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Godfrey, (1).
