AgreemenT Ng. 105.63,1 between the City of Alameda and the State Department of Public Works, acting
by and through its Division of Highways, relating to the performance of work and costs of relocat-
ing two power poles in connection with statnis revision,to sonthbound freeway off-ramp connection
to Tinker-Tynan Avenue, Road "/ 2'' Project File 327201, be and the same hereby is approved,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be and eaeli hereby' is authorized to
execute and to attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City.
