FURNISHED BY CITY TO U. S. NAVY OFF-STATION PUBLIC QUARTERS

WHEREAS, the United Statns of America, District Public or-o Offd.ce, Twelfth Naval Distriot,
San Bruno, California, has submitted a form of Supplemental Agreement amending Contract No. RBy(U)-
44650, heretofore on June 19, 1962 entered into pursuant to Resolution No. 6362, and relating to
special services to be rendered by the City to the United States Navy Off-Station Publia Quarters and
Homoja Housing Project; and
WHEREAS, said anpndnent, drnomihated 111 No. "F", increases the 1. '3 annual
cost by $6,034.00, deletes the annual cost of $11,581.00 provided for by Modification "D", and sub-
stitutes $17,615.00 therefor; and
ETUDERAS, timid Council is familiar with the provisions of said amendment, and it is in the
public interest that said Modification No. "F" should be executed;
MOW 11. EREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the aforesaAn Sup-
plemental Agreement amending Contruct No. F3 y(U)-44650 (Modification Mo. "F") be entered into, and the
Mayor is hereby. authorized to execute same or behalf of the City of Alameda and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest, tame.
