CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9163
AUTUORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND COUNTY OF
ALAMEDA IN CONNECTION KITH MODERNIZATION' WORK ON THE PARK STREET
BRIDGE AND THE HIGH STREET BRIDGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL CF THE CIMY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor be and hereby is
anthozdved to execute, and the City Clerk directed to attest, to, on behalf of the City, an agree-
ment between the City of Alameda, and the County- cf Alameda for modernization of equipment on the
Park Street Brio nd the Nigh Street Bridge, said agreement to be sdbstantaally in the form of
that on file in the office of the City- Clerk and marked, "Filed June 20, 1.969."
I, the undersigned, hereby- certify that the foregoing Resolution mas duly and regulanly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda :111 regular meeting assembled on the
20th day of june, 1969, by the following vote, to wit:
