RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY NAP.
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Alaneda, Alameda County,
California, a map showing the boundaries of Assessment District No. 67-1, City- of Alameda, Alameda
County, California;
OW, :NEUF:IRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of the City- of Alameda, Alameda County,
California, that that certain map entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of Assessment District No. 67-1,
City of Alameda, Alameda County:, California," be and the same is hereby approved; and
NE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certifiPd copy of said boundary map herein approved shall be
filed with the County Recorder of the County of Ylameda in accordance wit/ the provisions of Part 2,
Division 4-5 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled. on the
