ADOPT-AG SPECIFICATIONS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS MVO PLANS FOR
TEE INSTALLATION OF CONCRETE RAVINGS, WAILS, ASPHAIT PAVING,
FlANTING, ETC., AT WOODSTOCK PARK, 1313; FOR BIDS AND
DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
WHEREAS, Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans for the installation of concrete pav-
ings, walls, asphalt paying, planting, etc., at Woodstock Park, numbered 1' 8-67-28, having been
prepared and filed. 1/ 13 office of the City Clerk on August 1, 1967 i
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT 13 013 f3Ri IPE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the aforesaid
Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans, numbered and filed as aforesaid, be, and the saoe are
hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the performance and comIlletion of the work specified in said Speci-
fications and Provisions be, and the same is hereby aefhorized.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to
the hour of 11:00 olclock a.m. on FRIDAY., AUGUST 25, 1967, for furnishing to the City of all labor,
materials, machineryk tools and equipment necessary for the work hereimabove referred to, in accord,-
ance with said Specifications and Plano. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Wall,
Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Work at
Woodstock Park", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisiona of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and. best bid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
Safi Specifioations, Provisions and Plans may be had by any prospentive bidder ph applies.-
tien to the City Engineer, at his office in the City hall, Alameda, California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accordance with 713' provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications, Pro-
visions and Plans.

introduced and adopted 1, the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled. on the
1st day of August, 1(1 67, by the following vote, to wit:
