RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLKEDA that the Specifications and Previsions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, latest. =del_ trenchimg machnne with dozer blade for
the Golf Department, No. MS 9-67-9, filed in. the office of the City Clerk on Septemier 19, 1967,
be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted_
BE if FURTHER, RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda, will receive sealed bids
3 to the hour of' 11:00 o'clock a.m., or TUESDAY, (1 1/ 10, 1967, for the furnishing to the City
of said trenching machine, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be pre-
sented to the City Clerk, in the City- Hall, Alameda, California, or sealed cover and plainly
marked on the outside, "Proposal for one (1) new, latest model, Trenching Machine with Dozer Blade",
or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
01/01 00 the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject
any or all bids.
the City- Clerk is hereby dIrected to advertise, in the Alameda Times—Star, a notice call-
ing for sealed. bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of' said Specifications
and Provisions.
