ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF AIRMEN

RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL Oh' THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the ''-t 1' and Provisiorp for
Burnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, 1968 latest model Van Truck for Street Department,
No. NB 1.-68-1, filed in the office of the City Cimrk on January 16, 1E68, be, and the same are
hereby approved and. adopted.
PE IV' FURTHER RESOIXED that the Council of the City of Alamedm will receive sealed. bide up
to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. en WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 1960, for the furnishing to the City of
said truck, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the
City- Clerk, in the City Nall, Alameda, California, under sealed. cover and plainly mamked on the Eat-
side. "Proposal. for one (1) new, latest model 1E68 Van Truok', or similam designation.
Contract, if awarded, mill be awarded subject to the provisiGns of the Chamter of said
City, to the responsiblG bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The rimht is reserved to reject
any or all bids.
The City Elerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda dimes-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in. accordance with the provisions of this reeolutiun and of sadd Specifications and
Provisions.
