ADOPT-ERG SPECIFICATIONS, SP-MYATT PROVISIONS AND PLANS FOR
WIDENING OF TILDEN WAY NEAR PRE FRUITVALE BRIDGE, CALLING
FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
WHEREAS, the City Lnganeer has prepared Specifications Special Provisions and Plans for
the widening of Tilden Way near the Fruitbale Rradge, No. P.VR 2-68-2, and filed in She °MAL 02
the City Clerk un February 6, 1968;
NOW THEREFORE, EE Iff RESOLVED SY THE oo13 OF THE CITE OF' AT...MAEDA that the said Speci-
fications, Ssecial Provisions and Plans, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
313 IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance and completion of the work 13 13s said
Specifications and Provisions be and the same is hereby authorized.
BE IT FERTIEET RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed, bids
up to the hour of fl :00 cRdock a.m. on FRIDAY., FEBRUARY 23, 1.968, for furnishing to the City- of ail
labor, materials, machane17, tools and equipfent necessary for the work hereinaboye referred, to, in
accordance Lith said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City. Clerk, in
the CRhy Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed . cover and plainly marked on the outside, EProposal

Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. hhe right is reserved to
