RESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OF IFF cm OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City- of Alameda one (1) new aluminum flagpole and accessories for City Hall, No.
MS 2-68-5, filed in the offine of the City Clerk on February 20, 1968, be, and the same a hereby
approved and adopted.
EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City u' Alameda will receive sealed bids ur
to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 196Sa for the furnishing to the City of
said flagpole and. accessories, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be
presented to the City Clerk En the City Hall, Alameda, CMlifornio, under sealed cover and plainly
marked on the outside, 5Broposal for one (1) new aluminum flagpole and accessories," or similar
designation.
Contrant, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisiono of the Charter of said
t, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. ahe right is reserved to reject
any or all bids.
The City Clemk Ah hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a. notice callw
ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifinatibns
and Provisions.
