BE IT RESCUED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY. OF ALP:REDA that the Auditor of the City of Alameda
is hereby authorized to make all necessary transfers upon the books of account of sain Ctty, to the
end that the balance of said accounts be transferred to the Surplus Account as of June 30, 1968.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda, in regular meeting assembled on the
18th day of Jane, 1968, by the following vote, to wit:
