ACQUIRED B1 ALAREDA UNIFIED SCR_OOL DISTRICT AFIRE LIEN DATE.
WHEREAS, City taxes have been paid on the hereinafter described real property aminimed by
negotiated etwohase by the Alameda UniiMed School District of Alameda County, State of California,
a. public corporation, after the coonencement of the fiscal year (1967-1968) for whiah said tames
became a lien on the property; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 5096.7, Eavenue and. Taxation Code of California, and. Section
3-924, Alameda Nrmicipal Code, the portion of sush takes whirh are allecable to that part of the
fiscal year which begins on the date of the acquisition of the property by said District are deemed
erroneously collected and refundable to the person who ha8 paid such tax; and.
WHEREAS, claims for refunds by the persons from whom said District acclaimed said property
haye been duly made and the Council finds such persons are ertitied thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, 13 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF UTE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the following
pro-rata refunds of City taxes are hereby ordered:
