LE IT RESOLVED BY IEE COUNCIL CT' THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Resolution No. 6232, adopted
June 20, 1961, whiat established rules and regulations relating to employment of certain Clty
offiuers and emplwyees covered by the current effective Salary and. Position Resolution, is hereby
amended by addang subsectiwn (g) to Section 2 thereof, to read as follows:
"(g) Except as set forth in subsectiwn (b) hereinabove, holidays Eh
this City for miscellaneous emmloyees are those days designated by general law
as cwnstituting state holidays; proyiPwd, however, that October 12th, known as
'Columbus Day, is excluded therefrom and the day inmmdiately following NUnanks-
gving Day, is added thereto.j

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alaneda in regolar meeting assembled on the
Dsd day of July, 1968, by the following vote, to wit:
