furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, lateat model backhee for the Street Department, No.
MS C-6 -, filed in the offige of the City Clerk on October I, IFGE, be, and. the same are hereby-
approved and adGhted.

to the City- Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, CaliforniR, under sealed cover and plaibly marked. on
the outside, "Proposal for one (1) new, latest model backhoe," or similar designatibuy.
