Pv 2-69-3, and filed in the office of the City 71erk on Feiruary 18, 1969;

EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance and completion of the Work
specified ir said Specifications and Provisions be,and the an 18- hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of ?18a do will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 coclock a.m. on FRIDAY, MARCH 7, 1969, for fErnish-
ing to the City of all labor, materials, machinery, tools and equipMent necessary fax
the work are 307136 referred to, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions.
Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, Under
sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, 'fr000sel for Reconstruction of Sanitary

Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid-

Said Specifications and Provisions may be had Cy any prospective bidder cn
application to tfte City Engineer, at nis office in the City Hall, Alameda, California.
The City Clerk is here by directed to advertise, in the 1118- Times-Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution
and. of said Specifications and Yrovisions.
