and Pluns for pavement repairs on Shore Line Drive from 'Grand Street to Broadway ana.
on Broadway from Shorp Line Drive to Lu Jolla Drive, No. PW 3-69-5, and filed in the
office of the City. Clerk on March lb, 1969:
NOW THEREFOR-Eh BE IT RESOLVED aY 8HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY. SF ALAMEDA that
the said Specifications, Special Provisions and Plan, . bri, and the same are hareby
approved and adopted.

MR IT FURTHER RESOLVED than the Council of the City of Alameda. mill receive
sealed bids bp. to the hoar of 11:00 o,clock a.m. on FRIDAY', APRIL 14, 1969, for furnish-
ino to the City of all labor, materials, machinery, tools on equipment necessary for
the work hereinabove referred to, in accordance with. said Specifications and Provisions.
Bids must be presented. to the City firis, in thh City Hall, Alamada, California, under
sealed cover and pluinly marked. on the outside, "Proposal. for Pavedhnt Repairs on Shore
Lira Drive and Broadway," or similar designation.
CONTRALTI, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter
of the City 1 Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.
The right 1 raserved to reject any or all bids.
Said Specifications and Provisibns may Oa had by any prospective bidder on
application to the City Engineer, at his office in the City Hall, Alameda, California.
The Cita Clerk is hereby directed to odvortise, in tho Alameda Times-Star,
a notice coiling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution
and of said Specifications and Provisions.
