WhEITEAS, the City- Engineer has prepared Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans for
remodeling of the Police Department Detective-Juvenile Area in the City Hall, No. PW 6-69-15, and
fliad in the office of the City Cimrk on June 17, 1969;
NOW THEREFORE, RESOIVED BY TYE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the said Specifi-
cations Special. Provisions and Plans, be, and tee same are hereby appaoved and adopted-
LE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED that the performance and comgletion of the work specified in said
SpeciiI 1, (1, and Provisions be and the same da hereby authorized_
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that the Council of the City. of Alameda, will. receive sealed bids
up to the hour of ilF00 o,clock a.m. on FRIDAY, JULY 25, 1969, for furnishing to tho City of all
labor, materials machinery, tools and equipment necessary for the work hereknabovd referred to,
in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bide must be presented to the City Clerk,
in the City Pall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and 1' 1' marked on the outside,
"Proposal for Remodeling of the Police Department Detective-jufnnile Area," 47 or sifdlar designation-
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, to the 3737 bidder who submits the lowest and bezt bid. Ile right is reserved
to reject any or all bids.
Said Specificatiens and Provisions may- be had 1" any prospectita bidder on. application. to
thm City Engineer, at his office in the City Hall, Alameda, California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda TimeerStar, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in. accordance with tha provisions of this resolution and of said Spehifications and.
Provisions.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda, in regular meeting assembled on the
