BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Councit of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up
to the hour of 11:00 cDclock a.m. on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 1969, for furnishing to the City of said

Clerk, in the City- Hall, Almneda, California, under sealwd cover and -Plainly marked on the outside,

Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject
any or all. bids,
The City Clerk 13 hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda '1' _0011, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and
Provisions.
