WUNRERS, there hos heretofore been filed with this Council a request for approval of a
certain warrant numbered 165 of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation Distriet No. 2105: and.
WHEREAS, the issuance of said warrant and the face amount thereof were duly authorized
by resolution of sand Board at its meeting held on October SO, 1969, said resolution appearing in
the minutos thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE ALAMEDA that the warrant of
the Board of Trustees of Peciamatder. District No. 2105 set forth below he, and. hereby is approved.
