Resolution 07616CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7616 INVITING PROPOSALS FOR DISPOSITION OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY (WEBB AVENUE FIRE STATION), AND AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF CALL THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that proposals are hereby invited from interested persons for the contemplated disposition by the City of property commonly designated as the Webb Avenue Fire Station, all in strict accordance with that certain document on file in the office of the City Clerk entitled "invitation for Informational Proposals for Sale of Real Property Known as the Webb Avenue Fire Station, Alameda, California," a copy of which document may be obtained upon request by any person desiring to submit a proposal; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of said document shall be published once a week for two weeks in the Times-Star, a newspaper of general circulation, the last said publication to be not later than seven days prior to the time noticed in said Invitation for the opening of proposals. * * * * * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of May, 1970, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Cruix, Jr., (4). kOES: None.
