CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7746
APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE CITY PLANNING BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions of
Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, MRS. FRANK A.
RATTO is hereby appointed to the office of member of the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda
for the term ending June 30, 1972, to fill the unexpired term of James P. McClure, resigned, and
to serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of March, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
