APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS
TRACT 3271, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN, AND APPROVING
FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY (2106 OTIS
DRIVE - DOWJ0 DEVELOPERS, A PARTNERSHIP, SUBDIVIDERS)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a Tentative Map
of that certain proposed condominium subdivision known as Tract 3271; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code, Dowjo
Developers, a partnership comprised of S. J. Dowling and J. B. S. Johnson, Jr., Subdividers herein,
have presented to this Council a Final Map of the said condominium subdivision known as Tract 3271; and
WHEREAS, said subdividers have entered into an agreement with the City to construct and
complete the public improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City Clerk their bond in the
amount of $11,000.00 to guarantee full and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance with
said Article;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of
Tract 3271, be and hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of the public
improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions, be and hereby is approved, and the
City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest to, respectively, said
agreement on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of $11,000.00, guaranteeing full and faithful
performance of the subdividers said public improvements construction contract, is hereby approved as
sufficient in amount.

20th day of April, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
