APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
3253, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN, ACCEPTING A CERTAIN EASEMENT, AND
APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY (WEST
SIDE OF WILLOW STREET BETWEEN SANDCREEK WAY AND WHITEHALL PLACE -
WAYNE H. CRAYCROFT, BRUNO G. SANTONE, ROVETTA M. SANTONE, JOAN P.
ALEXANDER, GRANT H. ALEXANDER, JOHN THAYER FEE AND MARION 5. FEE,
SUBDIVIDERS)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a Tentative Map
of that certain proposed condominium subdivision known as Tract 3253, a subdivision of Lot 25, Block 5,
Tract 1856; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code, Wayne H.
Craycroft, Bruno G. Santone, Rovetta M. Santone, Joan P. Alexander, Grant H. Alexander, John Thayer
Fee and Marion S. Fee, as individuals, Subdividers herein, have presented to this Council a Final Map
of the said condominium subdivision known as Tract 3253; and
WHEREAS, said subdividers have entered into an agreement with the City to construct and
complete the public improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City Clerk their bond in the
amount of $20,510.00 to guarantee full and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance with
said Article; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon a certain easement dedicated for public use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of
Tract 3253, be and hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of the public
improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions, be and hereby is approved, and the
City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest to, respectively,
said agreement on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easement dedicated for public use is hereby accepted, on
behalf of the public, in conformity with the terms of the offer of dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of $20,510.00, guaranteeing full and faith-
ful performance of the subdividers said public improvements construction contract, is hereby approved
as sufficient in amount.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
3rd day of August, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
