CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7883
REJECTING CLAIM OF HAROLD BURDETTE KLUCKHOHN AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the claim for damages against
the City in the amount of $294.68 heretofore on January 24, 1972, filed by Harold Burdette Kluckhohn,
whose address is 600 Rainbow Drive, 4189, Mountain View, California, be rejected in its entirety on
the grounds said claim is not a proper charge against the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be in the following words and that a
certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimant's representative, Brown Brothers Adjusters
of Central Coast, 1515 the Alameda, San Jose, California 95126:
"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the claim which you presented to the City of
Alameda on January 24, 1972, was rejected on February 15, 1972.
WARNING
Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six months from the date this
notice was personally delivered or deposited in the nail to file a court
action on this claim, See Government Code Section 945.6.
You may seek the advice of an attorney of your choice in connection with
this matter. If you desire to consult an attorney, you should do so
immediately.'

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of February, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President Le Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
