CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7902
ORDERING \/ACATION OF TWO UNUSED PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS
(PRIVATE ROADWAYS WITHIN TRACT NO. 3373)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that those two certain public
utilities easements within Subdivision Tract No. 3373, accepted by the City by Resolution No. 7381,
and consisting of Private Roadway "A" and Private Roadway "B" (both as shown on the map of Subdi-
vision Tract No. 3011), being situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California,
and more particularly described as:
PRIVATE ROADWAY "A"
Being a portion of Parcel 1, Parcel Map No. 746 recorded October 20, 1971, in
Book 72 of Maps, Alameda County Records, at Page 16, further described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the northeasterly line of Parcel ,1 situated in Private
Roadway "A" (Cola Ballena) which bears North 43' 40 21" West 43.29 feet
from the southeasterly line of Parcel 1, as said Parcel 1 and Private
Roadway "A" (Cola Ballen8) are shown on the above-mentioned Parcel Map
No. 748, thence South 46 19' 39" West 20 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING;
THENCE continuing along last said course South 46° 19' 39" West 14 feet;
THENCE North 43° 40' 21" West 45 feet;
THENCE North 46° 19' 39" East 14 feet;
THENCE South 43° 40' 21" East 45 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
All bearings and distances in these descriptions are based on the California Coordinate
System, Zone III
PRIVATE ROADWAY "B"
A portion of Parcel 1, Parcel Map No. 748, recorded October 20, 1971, Book 72 of
Maps, at Page 16, Alameda County Records, further described as f
COMMENCING at the host southerly terminus of the boundary line of Parcel 1 bearing
North 46 19' 39" East having a length of 235.00 feet, situated in Private
Roadway "B", as shown on said Parcel Map No. 748;
THENCE North 43° 40' 21" West 20.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE continuing along last said course North 43° 40' 21" West 14.00 feet;
THENCE North 46° 19' 39" East 85.00 feet;
THENCE South 43° 40' 21" East 14.00 feet;
THENCE South 46° 19' 39' West 85.00 feet to said TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
All bearings and distances in these descriptions are based on the California Coordinate
System, Zone III,
is hereby ordered vacated pursuant to the provisions of Section 50443, Government Code of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda hereby finds and determines
that (1) the said easements herein ordered vacated are unnecessary for present or prospective public
use, and (2) said easements have not been used for the purpose for which they were acquired for more
than five (5) consecutive years preceding the vacation herein ordered.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
4th day of April, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
