CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8010
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS
TRACT 3330, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN, AND APPROVING
FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY (1401 COTTAGE
STREET AND 1519 CENTRAL AVENUE - DORIC DEVELOPMENT, INC.,
SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council an November 9,
1972, a Tentative Map entitled "Tract No. 3330 - A Portion of Lots 1 and 6, and all of Lots 2, 3, 4
and 5, 'Revised Map of the Encinal Home Lots Filed in Map Book 2, Page 49 and a Portion of Lots 27,
28 and 32, and all of Lot 31, Bleck 22, Map of Fitch Homestead, Filed in Map Book 19, Page 1, Alameda
County Records," a 12-unit condominium subdivision consisting of two existing apartment buildings
located at 1519 Central Avenue and 1401 Cottage Street (northwest corner of Central Avenue and Cottage
Street); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code, Doric
Development, Inc., a California corporation, Subdivider herein, has presented to this Council a Final
Map of the said condominium subdivision known as Tract 3330; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has entered into an agreement with the City to construct and
complete the public improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City Clerk its bond in the
amount of $1,700.00 to guarantee full and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance with
said Article;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of
Tract 3330, be and hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of the public
improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions, be and hereby is approved, and
the City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest to, respectively,
said agreement on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of $1,700.00, guaranteeing full and faith-
ful performance of the subdivider's said public improvements construction contract, is hereby approved
as sufficient in amount.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
19th day of December, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker and President Le Croix, Jr., (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman McCall, (1).
