CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8018
AFFIRMING AND ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO HIGHWAY USERS
TAX FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 7941, adopted June 20, 1972, this City approved a
project statement and adopted a budget for the expenditure of funds apportioned from the Highway
Users Tax Fund to Cities for the 1972-1973 fiscal year, all in accordance with Secs. 2106 and
2107, Streets and Highways Code of California; and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has proposed Amendment No. 1 to said budget,
a copy of which amendment is on file in his office, and which it is in the best public interest
to approve;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Amend-
ment No. 1 to the budget hereinabove referred to be and hereby is adopted and affirmed, and
Resolution No. 7941 be and hereby is amended accordingly.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of January, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
