CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8019
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
3466, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN, AND APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE
BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY (1500 ALAMEDA AVENUE) _
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council on December 19,
1972, a Tentative Map of that certain Proposed condominium subdivision known as Tract 3466, an
existing 7-nnit apartment building located at 1500 Alameda Avenue (southwest corner of Alameda
Avenue and Benton Street); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code,
J.B.S. Johnson, Jr., August Wiemken and Eugene Carriere, Subdividers herein, have presented to this
Council a Final Map of the said condominium subdivision known as Tract 3466; and
WHEREAS, said subdividers have entered into an agreement with the City to construct and
complete the public improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City Clerk their bond in
the amount of 61,100.00 to guarantee full and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance
with said Article;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OE THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map
of Tract 3466, be and hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of the public
improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions, be and hereby is approved, and
the City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest to, respectively,
said agreement on behalf of the City.
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of 61,100.00, guaranteeing full and faith-
ful performance of the subdividers said public improvements construction contract, is hereby approved
as sufficient in amount.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
6th day of February, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
