STRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVERL3NTS THEREIN, AND APPROVING.
FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY (2101 anTRAI
AVENUE - ARLO W. NISH AND MARGARET NISH, SUBDIVIDERS)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council on
February 6, 1973, a Tentative Map of that certain proposed condominium subdivision lalcwil as
Tract 3454, and existing 8-unit apartment building located at 2101 Central Avenue (northeast
corner of Central Avenue and Willow Street); and
bilEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code,
Arlo IT. Nish and Margaret Nish, Subdividers herein, have presented to this Council a Final
Map of the said condominium su bdivision known an Tract 3454; and
WHEREAS, said subdividers have entered into an agreement with the City to construct
and complete the public improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City Clerk
their bond in tin amount of :a,200.00 to guarantee full and faithful performance of said work,
all in accordance with said Article;
NCW, THIEFEFORE, 92 IT RESOLVED 2Y TirE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AL;),MEDA that the Final
Map of Tract 3454, be and hereby is approved.
BE Il FUR29I4 1 RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of the
public improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions, be and hereby is
approved, and the City Manager and the 'City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and
attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER 103SOLV3Ddthat the bond. in the sum of $1,200.09, guaranteeing full and
faithIlit performance of the subdividersf said public Improvements construction contract, is
hereby approved as sufficient in am:cunt.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
3rd day of April, 1973, by the followdng vote, to wit:
