BE IT RESOLVED BY. THE COUNCIL OP 1EE CITIL OF ALAMEDA that the claim for damages against
the City in the amount of $10,000.00 heretofore on March 23, 1973, filed on behalf of Bettite
Lippincott, a minor, by and through her mother, Mrs. Betty j. Lippincott, whose address is
General Delivery, Alameda, California 94501, be rejected in its entirety on the grounds said
claim is not a proper charge against the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be in the following words and
that a certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimant:

Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six months from the date
this notice was personally delivered or deposited in the mail to file
