REJECTIaG CLAIM OF JAMS HIVVERBERG AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY ME COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the claim for damages
against the City hertofore on February 16, 1973, filed by james Haverbeng, whose address is
1204 Central Avenue, Apa/thent 4, Alameda, California, be rejected in its entirety on the
grounds said claim is not a proper charge against the Co;"; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be in the following words and
that a certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimant:
',NOTICE is EZBEflY GIVEN that the claim which you tresented to the
City of Alameda on February 16, 1973, was rejected on April 17, 1973.
