Off—Street Parking Revenue Bonds, as authorized by EesolutiEn No. 5312 of this Council adoyted
April 24, 1956, is hereby requested to terminate and discharge, and tc pay over to the City
of Alameda, all funds held in trust by said Agent thereunder, all pursuant to Section 10.04
of said Resolution;
(2) The City Manager and City Clerk shall give notice, on behalf of the City,
evidencing the election of the City Council, under said Section 10.04, to terminate and pay
over as set forth in the preceding paragraph, said notice to consist of a certified copy of
1 resolution transmitted to the Fiscal Agent;
(3) The City Auditor is authorized to receive said monies, retaining thersfrom
a cum sufficient to retire Bond A-213 still outstanding, in a special account, and to deposit
the balance in the General EMnd.
