AFFEHMING AirD ADOPTING AE21ND21802 10 HICIWAY USERS TAX BUDGET
EFTEREAS, by its Resolution No. 8095, adopted July 17, 1973, this City approved a
project statement and adopted a budget for the expenditure of funds apportioned from the
Highway Users Tax Fund to Cities for the.1973-1974 fiscal year, all in accordance with
Secs. 2106 and 2107, Streets and Highliays Code of California;
WREREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has proposed Amendments to said budget,
Amendment No. 1 for expenditure of Sec. 2106 Funds and Amendment 21.1 for expenditure of
Sec. 2107 Funds, copies of which are on file in his office, and which it is in the best
public interest to approve:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLKEDA that said
Amendments to the budget hereinabove referred to be and hereby are adopted and affirmed,
and Resolution. No. 8095 be and hereby is amended accordingly.
