BF IT RESOLVED 02 'AZ COLUCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAYIEDA that ETEEL 11. PITT be and
hereby is appointed to the office of City Clerk of the City of Alameda, said appointment
to take effect from and after November 16, 1973, and upon qualification as provided in
section 2-9 of the City Charter.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled an the lEth day of September, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
