great courage and presence of rind in personally aiding slip-year-old Kimberly Ann Villa, who
had been kidnapped from near her hane in the City of Oakland on October 6; and
Easter Collins, alertness contributed to Kiiierla,hs praipt reunion with her
parents, thus relievinz their rental anguish over her disapuearane.
NOW, FRIEDFFORF., BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Alameda, on behalf of
the people of the City, hereby recognizes the valor exemplified by Master Collins in averting
further tragedy in tbis situation, and extends its sincere congratulations and 11010 01100 for
his meritorious act.
BE IT 1) T, RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be presented to Haster
as an expression of the heartfelt gratitude and plauditd he so richET deserves for his actions.
