agreadent, authorized by Resolution NS. 7102, adopted February 21, 1967, and as amended by
Resolutions No. 7857 and No. S007, adopted November TO, 1971, and December 5, 1972, respec-
tively, betmeen Gary L. Schweitzer and the City, under which said Gary L. Schweitzer is granted
the right to vend food and beverages at the Alameda Municipal Coif Course Club House Restau-
rant and two refreshment stands located on. said Courses, is hereby entended from December 3a,
4.373, to January 31, 1974, and thereafter on a nonth-to-month basis for periods of one month
each until said agreement is suDerseded or terminated by mutual consent of the parties.
